Return Policy:  All personalized gifts are non-refundable.  Unfortunately, once a gift is personalized we can not re-sell it and therefore we can not offer refunds on such items.

Shipping:  All personalized items will be painted and shipped within 2 to 5 days from order.  We ship all of our products UPS which usually takes an additional 2 to 5 days.
